in Truy, California that offers a ski resort, a course, and other amenities. Tahoe Donner is one of
America’s largest homeowners’ associations, with 6500 properties, over 23,000 members, and over
7,000 acres in the Sierra Nevada mountains. In 2017, USA Today voters assigned Tahoe Donner Number
Two Best Ski Resort in the US and Canada.”

Whether you’re a master of the slopes with decades of snow under your skis, or want your kids to hone
their skiing or snowboarding skills, Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort has the program for everyone.
Tahoe Donner’s child and youth ski and snowboard programs  cover a wide range of ages.

The resort offers the newest rental equipment from Völkl, Burton, Rossignol, Dalbello and Marker, so
the last thing you have to worry about is your gear. It is stocked with a variety of ski and snowboard
goods to meet all your needs.


In addition to the ski resort, Tahoe Donner amenities (some semi-private) include a private beach club
and jetty at Donner Lake, the Alder Center (which includes a ski center, café, bar, shop, an Evestrian
center with horse trails), a course, walking paths in the Euer Valley, “Trout Recreation House”, center.


In winter, Tahoe Donner offers alpine and cross-country skiing, snow games and more. The ski area
usually opens 24 to 36 hours after receiving two to three feet of snow. The downhill ski area includes
two chairs, three surface lifts and more than dozen trails. During the summer, the association offers
activities such as swimming, tennis and giggling.
